今回は’’t’’の音が変化したり、消えたり、単語の前後の音がくっついたり(リエゾン)。
ネイティブの人が普通に発音すると我々には聞き取りが難しいです。
参考に先生の発音を私が聞き取った音の感じをカタカナで表記しました。カタカタで表記することは正しい発音を身に着ける上で良くない事もありますが、あくまでも、こんな風に聞こえる一例として感じていただければ。但し、発音は日本語のカタカナ発音にならないようにお願いします。

Lの位置が文頭、文中、文末の違いにより、当然”L”の発音も異なります。難しいですね!

WHALES
Whales are the biggest animals in the sea.

There are two kinds of whale.
One kind has a big mouth with teeth.

The other kind of whale has no teeth.
These whales also have a very small throat.
They can not swallow anything bigger than an apple.
